A National Science Foundation grant will help Wharton County Junior College provide hands-on learning for geology students.

Wharton County Junior College Band students rehearse for their upcoming concert, "The Legendary Big Bands," scheduled for 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, at the Horton Foote Theatre on the Wharton campus.

WCJC will launch construction trades training this spring at the Bay City campus.

Free admission, hotdogs and commemorative gifts while they last is on the program for Wharton Chamber Day at Wharton County Junior College’s Corbett Park. Scheduled for Thursday, April 4, the event will be held prior to the Pioneers’ game against San Jacinto College Ravens.

Registration for WCJC's May 2024 Mini-Term and Summer 2024 semester begins on April 2.

The WCJC Choir will present "Come Travel With Us" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, at the Horton Foote Theatre on the Wharton campus.

Wharton County Junior College’s 5K Stride & Stroll is the perfect opportunity to get into shape while helping out a worthy cause.
