Veteran Support Services

Credit for Military Training

WCJC may award credit for relevant coursework completed during your military service. To request an evaluation for credit, submit the Petition for Credit Form and your military transcript to the Office of the Registrar (registrar@wcjc.edu) to determine if credit can be granted and for which courses.

Financial Aid Benefits for Veterans

Learn more about the financial aid benefits available for veterans (and their families) whoe are attending WCJC. Receive assistance for tuition, textbooks, housing, and more. Contact us at veterans@wcjc.edu.

Procedures for Deployment to Active Duty

If you are called for deployment or active duty, provide a copy of your orders to the Office of the Registrar (registrar@wcjc.edu) and the VA Certifying Official (veterans@wcjc.edu).

Students who are called into active duty after the start of a semester must contact both offices to ensure that all student records are adequately updated and maintained.
