If you are called for deployment or active duty, provide a copy of your orders to the Office of the Registrar (registrar@wcjc.edu) and the VA Certifying Official (veterans@wcjc.edu). Students who are called into active duty after the start of a semester must contact both offices to ensure that all student records are adequately updated and maintained.
