Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) classes provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for you to learn English as a Second Language (ESL), earn your High School Equivalency (HSE/GED), and take career-oriented classes for free. Whether you're seeking employment, enhancing your skills, or pursuing personal interests, these classes can help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life.

HSE / GED and ESL classes will be offered at the Northside Education Center, in El Campo, Texas.

ESL classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays - 6 PM - 9PM.
The Fall schedule begins Sep 9, through Dec 18, 2024.
The Spring schedule begins Jan 13, through May 28, 2025.
 
HSE / GED classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6 PM - 9 PM.
The Fall schedule begins Sep 5, through Dec 17, 2024.
The Spring schedule begins Jan 7, through May 22, 2025.

AEL Distance Learning

Distance Learning for Free
Get extra support for your HSE/GED and ESL classes through our distance learning program. Once you've completed 12 clock hours in class, you're eligible to enroll in distance learning classes which will allow you to move faster through the program.
