Following re-election to Position 6 on the Wharton County Junior College Board of Trustees, J. Paul Pope was sworn into office during the regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, by State District Judge Randy Clapp.

Thirty-one students recently earned their Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing from Wharton County Junior College.

The Wharton County Junior College Pioneers Volleyball Camp is scheduled for June 17-19 at the Gene Bahnsen Gymnasium on the Wharton campus. The camp is open to students in fourth through seventh grades. Pictured are participants of the 2023 camp.
