Marketing, Communications, and Advancement

The Office of Marketing, Communications, and Advancement tells the many stories of Wharton County Junior College through graphic design, web content, advertising, publications, public relations, events, and other communications and media.

The Role of Our Office

Students, employees, and members of the community are encouraged to view Wharton County Junior College's press releases, photo gallery, website, and social media pages to learn more about the many achievements, events, programs, services, and the latest news at the college.

Additionally, this office serves as a clearinghouse to avoid the duplication of materials that are released to the public, to maintain a consistent policy with regard to the standard and quality of publicity, and to ensure contacts are coordinated through one central location.

Employee Resources

Resources are available for employees regarding marketing and publicity to assure that established college procedures are followed for the production of materials and information released to the public.
