Our Security Department is here to keep our students, employees, visitors, and college property safe through effective prevention and response efforts. We stand ready to assist you in ensuring your safety.

Security Services

Student IDs

We encourage all students to get their WCJC Student ID.  Not only can it be used as an additional form of identification both on campus and in the community, you can also receive discounts from local vendors and attend WCJC athletic events for free.  A valid photo ID (driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, permanent resident card, student visa, etc) is required to obtain a WCJC student ID card.  Obtain your student ID at one of the following locations: 

  • Bay City Campus - Reception Area
  • Richmond Campus - Campus Security 
  • Sugar Land Campus - Business Office
  • Wharton Campus - Campus Security

Parking

Learn where you can park, register for a parking pass, or submit an appeal for a citation.  Parking passes are required to be displayed when parking on any WCJC campus and can be obtained throughout the year in the Security Office.

Lost & Found

Lose something? Call or stop by the Campus Security Office to see if it's been turned in.  If you find something on campus, please take it to the Campus Security Office so that it can be claimed.

Minor Vehicle Repair

Need a jump? Have a flat tire? Locked your keys in the vehicle?  Security can help! Give us a call for assistance.
