How to Register for Classes
Learn how to register for classes at WCJC. We will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Register for class by following the four step process below. Need help? Contact us

Step 1
Login to WCJC Online Services and click on "Student" to access your self-service menu.
Click on "Registration" and then "Register for Classes (Add/Drop)".
Select the term you're registering for from the dropdown menu. The appropriate term
will list the semester (e.g. "Fall", "Spring", "Summer") and year. Do not select a
term that begins with "CE".
Build Your Schedule
Step 2
Build your schedule before you register using Schedule Planner. To access Schedule
Planner in Online Services, click on the "Student" tab, then select "Registration"
and "Schedule Planner".
By indicating the courses you would like, as well as any times you are not available
to take classes, Schedule Planner will automatically build a schedule that works for
you. Select your desired schedule and click "Send to Shopping Cart" to have those
classes added to your registration cart.
Add Your Classes
Step 3
While in your Schedule Planner Cart, you may register for those classes by selecting
"Register".
If you want to continue searching for classes, select "Add to Worksheet". From there,
once you have finalized your course selection, click "Submit Changes" to officially
register for the courses on your list.
Pay for Your Classes
Step 4
Payment is due at the time of registration. To pay for your classes, click on the
"Student" tab and select "Registration" and "View My Bill and Pay Now" from the menus.
Once you have reviewed your tuition and fees, select "Pay Now/Installment Plan" and
"Student Account Suite" to access our payment portal.

A searchable list of all course offerings is available through your Online Services
account.
Log in to explore all class options and find the CRNs for your desired sections by
using this searchable scheduling feature.
