Wharton County Junior College President Betty McCrohan poses with Pat McLeod, a Bay City resident who attended WCJC from 1956-1957. McLeod was a cheerleader during his time at the college and donated an original sweater he used to wear at WCJC athletic events. The sweater is more than 60 years old. President McCrohan met with McLeod recently at the Bay City campus to thank him for his memorabilia donation. McLeod shared stories of his days at the college as well as his memories from his extensive career as a teacher of English, history and government. He also shared a book of poetry he has published. He was accompanied by his daughter, Patsy Jones.
