Legislative officials will be recognized at a special event held at Wharton County Junior College’s Richmond Campus on Oct. 11. Refreshments, a social time and brief remarks from college officials and those being recognized will be part of the festivities.
WHARTON, TEXAS – Wharton County Junior College will recognize elected legislative officials for their support of higher education at a special reception.
Scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at WCJC’s Richmond Campus, 5333 FM 1640 in Richmond, the event will include refreshments, a social time and brief remarks from college officials and those being recognized. The event is open to the public but those planning on attending need to RSVP by no later than Thursday, Oct. 4.
