Representatives of Wharton County Junior College recently hosted international visitors at the Bay City campus. Through a partnership with Texas A&M, the visitors were provided with a tour of the college's Nuclear Power Technology, Manufacturing Technology and Process Technology labs. WCJC Nuclear Power Technology Program Director Daniel Johnson led the tour, accompanied by Bay City Campus Specialist Gloria Crockett and Texas A&M's Dr. Kenneth Peddicore. The two visitors were Dr. Yassin Hassin, Professor of Nuclear Engineering at Tx A&M University, and P rofessor Foud Abolaban, Department of Nuclear Engineering at King Abaulazziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
