WCJC ACCEPTS RETIREMENTS

Wharton County Junior College President Betty McCrohan, right, presents an award of appreciation to WCJC’s Vice President of Technology Pam Youngblood at a recent meeting of the WCJC Board of Trustees. Youngblood retired this year after 25 years of service to the college.

WHARTON, TEXAS – WCJC has accepted the retirements of 15 faculty, staff and administration members between September 2020 and December 2021.

Retirees were presented with awards of appreciation as well as resolutions adopted by the WCJC Board of Trustees.

Retirees and their years of service included: Brenda Bode (26 years), Dana Bramble (18 years), Rudolph Henry (11 years), Kwei-Feng Hsu (20 years), Judy Jones (22 years), Gary Kalina (11 years), James Kelley (36 years), Cynthia Kocian (19 years), Becky McElroy (17 years), Bonnie Mascheck (15 years), John Miller (29 years), Steve Nelson (19 years), Liz Rohan (17 years), Pamela Speights (21 years) and Pam Youngblood (25 years).
