WHARTON, TEXAS – Wharton County Junior College is offering a First-Time in College Scholarship to all first-time in college students who have enrolled for the Spring 2022 semester and are taking six or more credit hours.
All incoming first-time in college students who complete admission requirements will receive a scholarship, which will be applied to their Spring 2022 tuition and fees balance. Students must have a high school diploma or GED to qualify. No scholarship application is necessary.
This scholarship will award $1,000 toward a student’s Spring 2022 tuition and fees balance for enrollment in 12 or more credit hours or $500 for enrollment in six to 11 credit hours. For more information, email wcjccares@wcjc.edu
Registration is open for WCJC’s Winter Mini-Term and Spring 2022 semesters. WCJC is offering a Winter Mini-Term from Dec. 20 through Jan. 7, 2022. Registration is open from now through Dec. 20. The Spring 2022 semester begins on Jan. 18, 2022. Registration is open from now through Jan. 19, 2022.
