WHARTON, TEXAS – Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar will host a “Good for Texas Tour, Community College Edition” Press Conference on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at Wharton County Junior College.
The event is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Pioneer Student Center Ballroom on WCJC’s Wharton campus and is open to the public.
Comptroller Hegar will unveil economic impact numbers concerning WCJC’s region (Gulf Coast) as well as the economic impact of junior/community colleges to Texas as a whole.
