WCJC faculty and staff have membership access to the National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD).  To access NISOD events and webinars, create an account using your WCJC email. Select Wharton County Junior College for the Institutional Affiliation option.

Please note some live events have a fee. For WCJC to cover this fee, you will need to submit a Request for Professional Leave (required even for virtual events) and then submit for reimbursement.
