Mrs. Drabek received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wharton County Junior College in 2012. She completed her Bachelor in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2014. She has worked as a RN at OakBend Medical Center on the Medical-Surgical Unit and the Skilled Nursing Unit as a floor nurse and a charge nurse for almost 6 years. Mrs. Drabek was a part-time Clinical instructor for Wharton County Junior College since 2018. She started as a full-time employee in January 2020 teaching Pharmacology and Clinicals II and III. Mrs. Drabek became the Director of the program in August 2021 currently teaching Basic Nursing Skills and Advanced Nursing Skills.

Mrs. Taylor received her Associate Degree of Nursing in 1986 from Victoria Junior College. She worked in various local hospitals as a Charge Nurse for Med-Surg, ICU, Rehab, and ER. Four years were spent in Home Health. Many years were spent as House Supervisor. She has also been employed as the Director of Nurses for a nursing home. In 2015, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Taylor joined Wharton County Junior College as a Vocational Nursing Instructor in 2021 and currently teaches Health Science, Maternal Nursing, Pediatrics, and Clinicals I, II and III.

Mrs. Hawkins served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army from 2005-2009. Upon honorable discharge, she received her certification in Vocational Nursing from Wharton County Junior College in 2011 and continued her educational pursuits to earn her degree in Registered Nursing. She graduated from Excelsior College with a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2020. Mrs. Hawkins has worked in multiple capacities within the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, and Women's Services for the past 11 years. She joined Wharton County Junior College as a part-time Clinical Instructor in early 2022 and became a full-time instructor August 2022.
