FAQs for Online Services
WCJC ID
A WCJC ID is generated when a student applies to WCJC. Each student receives an initial letter with instructions on logging into Online Services.. Once in Online Services, the student should click "Students & Financial Aid" then "WCJC Student Account Suite". The WCJC (User) ID is listed there. Click here for printable instructions on finding the WCJC ID. Click here for printable instructions on logging into Online Services.
PIN
Your six-digit pin must be entered with your WCJC ID in order to login. If you forget your PIN you must click on the home page “Online Services” login button and then when the login interface appears select “Forgot PIN?” It will allow you to identify yourself by answering the security question set up during the first login. A correctly answered security question will allow you access to your account to reset your pin.
Default PIN
Your default PIN is the six-digit numeric format of your date of birth with no dashes or spaces. (mmddyy) Leading zeros must be used for single digit months, days and years. (example: July 2, 1995 would be 070295)
First Login
The first time you login to Online Services a pop up window will appear requiring that you change your password. Any six-digit number may be entered as your new pin.
Security Question
After your first login, you will be required to enter a security question to allow you to access your account should you ever forget your PIN. Be careful to choose a question that will be easy to remember and answer correctly at any point in the future. The answer you provide will be case-sensitive. Once the security question is correctly answered the system will allow you to select a new PIN, but it will not give you the old one.
