Transcripts can be ordered through WCJC's partner, Parchment Exchange. Once your order is complete, you will be sent an electronic confirmation of your order and tracking information.
Any student with a hold on their account will not be able to request an official transcript.
There is a $10.00 processing charge for each transcript requested. In addition, students who choose to have their transcript sent via USPS will be charged an additional $2.50 for shipping.
If sending a transcript to another institution, please note that some institutions are only able to accept physical transcripts sent via USPS mail, causing a delay in processing/submission. This should be taken into account when requesting a transcript.
Special Note for Students Who Attended WCJC Prior to 1981
Students who attended Wharton County Junior College prior to 1981 must contact the Office of Admissions and Registration at the Wharton campus to order a transcript of their academic record (979-532-6303).
