Due to precautions related to COVID-19, the WCJC IT Help Desk will deliver our services in a remote capacity.
Please complete the IT Support Request Form (click here) for assistance accessing the myWCJC Portal, Blackboard, Admissions Status or Online Services.

The IT Help Desk is here to assist you with: myWCJC Portal (through which you access WCJC Student e-Mail, and may also access WCJC Online Services, and Blackboard

Requesting assistance from the IT Help Desk is easy. Simply complete the IT Support Request form. This form is also located on both the Student e-Mail and the Blackboard login pages. Please complete the form with as much information as possible. The below identifies the information we will need to assist you as quickly as possible.
- Identification fields - these are the items at the top of the form that will identify you as a WCJC student.
- Contact Information - let us know how you would like to be contacted. If you wish to be contacted by text, please do not forget to include both your cellphone number and carrier.
- Description of the problem - tells us how we can assist you. It is very helpful to include specific information regarding your issue. If your issue is in regards to a specific class, please include the class number (CRN).

Please follow the appropriate procedures for submitting an IT Help Desk Ticket located on the IT Departments Intranet page. The Intranet is only available through the WCJC network.
