“I have worked with Physical Therapy Assistants in four states and found the PTAs produced by the WCJC to be some of the best I have ever worked with.  Our facility, El Campo Memorial Hospital, has hired PTAs who have graduated from WCJC almost exclusively over the past two decades.  Without this program, we would have tremendous difficulty finding highly skilled Therapy Assistants in this rural area.  With the aging baby boomer generation, there is a deficit in health care professionals projected in the future.   This expansion will ensure a highly skilled work force in the area who are current with the latest treatment approaches and technology. “
