Renovations to the existing 34,000-square foot building include:

• Removing walls from the Human Services program area
• Providing additional space for the physical therapy program area
• (2) new 30-student dental hygiene classroom
• A new ental hygiene sterilization room
• A new shared computer lab
• (2) shared classrooms
• The Outlar Auditorium will be remodeled to include slop stadium seating, and increase seating capacity in the auditorium to 180
• Double insulated glass windows will be installed along with a new room and a new air conditioning system.

The new 18,000-square foot building addition will include:

• A grand lobby
• A mezzanine with large open seating/lounge area
• Covered exterior patio seating areas
• (2) 10-bed nursing labs
• (2) 30-student nursing classrooms
• EMS classroom and lab
• ICU rooms
