Dr. Rexford earned her BA from Franklin and Marshall University and her MA and PhD in Government
and Politics from the University of Maryland. Dr. Rexford is co-advisor for the WCJC chapter of Phi Theta Kappa , the International Honor Society for community and junior colleges. She teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 at multiple campuses.

Ms. Acord earned her BA and BAIS from Texas State University. She completed her MLA degree at the
University of St. Thomas and her MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Ms. Acord is currently completing her PhD at the University of Houston. She teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 face-to-face and online.

William Feagin

Mr. Feagin earned his BA and MA degrees at Sam Houston State University and has completed course work in PhD program at the University of North Texas. Mr. Feagin has additional graduate hours from the University of Arizona. He currently teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 at multiple campuses and online.

Mr. Schoshinski earned his BA from the University of Texas(Dallas) and his MA from Texas Women’s
University. Mr. Schoshinski serves as the faculty advisor for the Student Government Association and the Political Science Club at the Sugar Land Campus. He teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 at multiple campuses.

Dr. Vardy received his BA from the University of South Florida, his MS from Troy State, his MBA from
the University of Michigan and his MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of Houston. He

Michele Betancourt

Ms. Betancourt earned her BA from California State University (Long Beach) and her MA from the
University of Houston (Clear Lake). She currently serves as the Director of Distance Education for WCJC and teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 online.

Linda Clark

Dr. Clark received her BA from the University of Oklahoma, her JD at Oklahoma City University and her PhD in Political Science from the University of Houston. Dr. Clark serves as the Department Head for Criminal Justice at WCJC and teaches classes in Criminal Justice. She also teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306.

Mr. Ellison earned a BA from the University of Louisiana and his MA in Political Science from Sam
Houston State University. Mr. Ellison teaches GOVT 2305 and GOVT 2306 at the Sugar Land campus.

Ms. Janecek earned her BA from Stephen F. Austin State University and her MA in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She teaches Government 2305 and Government 2306 as part of the WCJC dual-credit program at East Bernard High School.
