Ms. Schultz is the director of the Human Services Program in the Division of Allied Health. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Alaska. Ms. Schultz has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses at the university and college level in the Department of Psychology, School of Education, and Human Services Program for several years. She has presented research papers at international and national level conferences as well as published articles in scientific journals. She has many years of clinical experience in both the community mental health environment and private practice. Ms. Schultz has a wide range variety of teaching experience in psychology, human services, and mental health.

Cynthia Fannin, B.A. Elementary Education

Instructor of Human Services

Mrs. Fannin is a part-time instructor in Human Services. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Texas Southern University and taught several years in the Alief school district working with Special Education. She has 28 years experience working with people with Development Disabilities at the Richmond State Supported Living Center and is currently their Director of Education.

Eilean Mackenzie, Ph.D. Counseling Psychology, LPC

Instructor of Human Services

Ms. Mackenzie is a part-time instructor in Human services. She received a MA degree in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and received a Ph.D. in Psychology through Saybrook University. In addition to teaching, Ms. Mackenzie is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  She has over 20 years of clinical experience, working with adults, families and adolescents with mental health, substance abuse and developmental disorders. She has worked as both a consultant and therapist in the private and the public sector and is the Director of the Texana Crisis Center in Rosenberg.

Karen V. Moore, LBSW, M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Adjunct Instructor of Human Services

Ms. Moore is a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker with expertise and extensive experience in Case Management services, counseling, outreach, program development, presentations, training and curriculum development.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from Texas Southern University, and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, Sarasota, Florida.  Ms. Moore has worked in the public and private sector focusing on providing social services to a diverse population of families and individuals.  She currently operates a private Consultant business offering a variety of social services to the community.
