Student success is a top priority of Wharton County Junior College. The WCJC Board of Trustees has created a student debt forgiveness plan for students wishing to register for the Fall 2018 semester. Students owing $500 or less on their WCJC student account may apply for a one-time waiver of student debt. The forgiveness is based on enrollment in classes for the Fall 2018 semester and class attendance through the official census date. Summer 2018 terms are not eligible for debt forgiveness.
To apply for the waiver, submit the completed application form prior to 5:00 p.m. August 20, 2018 to the Cashier Desk at any WCJC campus location, by email to BusinessOffice@wcjc.edu, or by fax to 979-532-6528.
